Name Search - Search Name for any Judgments and Liens.

Environmental Search - 60 year search of Chain of Title (no insurance).

Full Search - 50 year search of Chain of Title and any Liens, Taxes, Judgments, Easements, Encumbrances (insured). Commitments usually issued with Final Policy to follow after closing.

UCC Search - Search Name for UCC's

Flood Cert - Check and see if property is located in a Flood Zone.
